Anná Rieke is a photographer and visual storyteller living between Europe and Mexico.

Anná’s work explores what it means to be human in a world spinning ever faster. Through a photojournalistic and poetic lens, she captures the places where soul still lives. Her images question our disconnection from ourselves, each other, and the traditions that once rooted us — and they gently ask:
How can we grow in remembrance of who we are as part of a soul called humanity?

  • El don de relacionarse como ser humano le permite a Anna la artista entrar a diferentes clases sociales, culturas, costumbres, países en donde se mueve como en su propia casa. Nos gustó esa percepción suya de lo profundo sin ponerse metafísica ni esotérica: esa sensibilidad la transmite en sus imágenes. Su mirada de fotógrafa, es como la de una Diosa: allí donde mira empiezan a brotar flores.

  • Pensaba que la fotografía era una gran mentira, tan solo un reflejo, una ilusion de la realidad. Pero me he dado cuenta que hay imágenes que contienen más verdad que la realidad que representan. Y es aquí donde entras tú Anná.
