CREATIVE

EMBODIMENT

RETREAT:

SCOTLAND

What to Experience

COME HOME TO YOUR CREATIVE NATURE

A five-day artistic immersion in the Heart of Scotland.
This autumn creativity becomes a practice of remembering you.

Through movement, art, nature, deep rest and heartfelt connection,
you gently peel away layers of expectation and rediscover the joy of creating.

❋ Intentional Structure

We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Led by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.

❋ A Supportive Space

Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.

Reconnect with your creative nature as you escape the noise of everyday life.
Day One

Arrive • PRESENCE

We begin by slowing down - landing in the body, connecting with the land, meeting one another. Together we open our circle with ceremony, intention, gentle movement and deep rest, allowing ourselves to arrive fully before anything asks to be created.

Day Two

DESCEND • STILLNESS

Supported by silence and the Scottish landscape, we'll wander ancient glens, gather inspiration from nature, and work with clay - the earth itself shaped in our hands. Through embodied practice and spacious creative exploration, we'll soften the mind and reconnect with our instinctive way of making.

  • "What an absolutely breathtaking experience in a stunning location. Sarah was the most amazing host. Providing such a nourishing space for creativity and relaxation. Drawing still life’s and life drawing in front of the breathtaking views of Loch Lomond brought me back to my creative process and made me a lot more fluid with my sketches. The outcomes were gorgeous and it was relaxing to reconnect with the creative process without any pressure. The weekend was 11 out of 10 experience which felt very heart felt and filled my cup back up. Sarah is such a wonderful, creative, facilitator and can’t thank her enough for holding such a beautiful space."
